Soho House Portland is an adaptive reuse of the iconic Troy Laundry Building, set on .92 acres in the Central Eastside, a rapidly transforming and increasingly popular creative neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. Dating back to 1914, the original building provides a timeless exterior, along with industrial-style interior details. The interiors, designed by Soho House’s in-house team, draw inspiration from some of the building’s original industrial elements, such as exposed brick and concrete columns and the Victorian architectural style so prominent in Portland. The 62,000-square-foot club includes a rooftop terrace, a swimming pool, a spa, an event space, a screening room, food and beverage spaces, and a fitness center.

This is the third Soho House property that AJ Capital has partnered on, including Soho House Chicago and Soho House Nashville. Soho House Portland will open within the Troy Laundry Building in 2024.
