Memoir Merritt will consist of two neighboring buildings, set in Nashville's Wedgewood Houston neighborhood—a historic arts district at the crossroads of culture and commerce. The ground-up new build will be designed to complement the adjacent historic Merritt Mansion. The neighboring East and West Memoir Merritt buildings will provide inspired design, flexible leasing options, and local living rooms in the heart of Wedgewood Village.
