Set on four acres in the heart of Wedgewood Houston, May Hosiery Mills reimagines six charming brick buildings as a mixed-use campus with 175,000 square feet of Class A office, retail, Dicey’s Pizza & Tavern, and boutique hotel and private members' club Soho House.
The adaptive reuse, renovation, and restoration of the historic buildings have spanned more than five years. Egress balconies and stairs reconnect the buildings. Steel grids from existing windows and original bricks were preserved, creating patterns new and old.
Soho House Nashville features a 60-seat screening room, a fitness center, an outdoor pool with sunbeds, and a garden. The Club Cecconi’s restaurant opens to an outdoor terrace.
