The Malin, a work-focused members club, is set to open its fourth location and the first outside of New York City, this coming fall in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of Nashville. Through a partnership agreement with Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners, The Malin will be located in Nashville Warehouse Co., the city’s first mass timber building, joining some of the largest and most recognizable global companies within the burgeoning neighborhood.
The 16,000-square-foot location will be Malin’s largest workspace to date. It will accommodate 48 dedicated desks, seven private offices, six meeting rooms and a library.
The Malin Nashville will join other high-end hospitality businesses, such as Soho House Nashville, Apple Music, Live Nation, Red Bull, and NYC French restaurant Pastis, also opening this year. Wedgewood-Houston is currently undergoing a multiphase neighborhood restoration and development project led by AJ Capital Partners.
