Anyone walking down Lower Broadway in recent weeks has probably noticed steady progress on the entertainment district's newest addition: Eric Church's Chief's.
The six-story bar and entertainment venue is set to open this year, and the hype is already growing.
Church partnered with AJ Capital's Ben Weprin on the project. The team tapped James Beard Award-winning pitmaster Rodney Scott to bring his South Carolina-born Whole Hog BBQ to Nashville. Church and Weprin co-own the property, which was sold by John Rich in October 2021 for $24.5 million.
