Ben Weprin, founder and CEO, of Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners
Ben Weprin is the founder and CEO of AJ Capital Partners, which has made its mark in the city as the driving force of the transformation of one of Nashville’s trendiest neighborhoods. Weprin has led the evolution of Wedgewood Houston, filling the district with a mass timber office building, as well as plans for a live music venue and retail, office, restaurants and apartments surrounding a historic mansion. In recent years, the company has unveiled projects all over Nashville — including Eric Church's Lower Broadway honky-tonk and its controversial buys of Midtown music venue Exit/In and Belle Meade Plaza. Wedgewood Houston was just the beginning for Weprin, who continues to find the city’s historic areas and transform them into the latest hotspot.
