Nashville-based development firm AJ Capital Partners has partnered with a global private investment company to create outdoor-focused hotels.
The local real estate pros, led by CEO Ben Weprin, along with Starwood Capital Group, which has around $120 billion of assets under management, have launched a new venture, Field & Stream Lodge Co. The business aims to build 20-25 hotels in U.S. markets near national parks, beaches, mountains and more, according to a news release.
