Nashville-based real estate investment manager AJ Capital Partners has launched a new single-family build-to-rent platform, Outpost Residential, and has acquired land for communities in Foley, AL; Savannah, GA; North Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and Austin, TX.
The company anticipates additional communities in Charlotte, N.C.; Nashville, TN; Charleston, S.C.; Tampa, FL; and others with an estimated production of 1,200 homes per year.
